The dishes are easy to heat in the microwave and are ready to eat when the packaging whistles. They are all made using ingredients you can usually find at home, olive oil (not butter) and light salt, while some include grains like quinoa and chia, and a mix of vegetable. The meals are also vacuum-packed to preserve flavors without needing added preservatives or flavorings.
