Recent investment at the plant in the state capital will increase cattle deboning by 40%


São Paulo, 26 July, 2017 – JBS has created a number of new jobs in the state of Goiás: 65 in Goiânia, 50 in Senador Canedo and 30 in Mozarlândia. The jobs in the state capital of the results of the recent investment to expand the unit which will see cattle deboning capacity increase by 40% in order to supply domestic and international markets.


At the other two plants in the state, the new jobs were created as slaughter volumes returned to normal. In addition to these opportunities, the company has already hired 85 people in Senador Canedo and 150 in Mozarlândia between May and July this year. This investment is part of the strategic growth plan for these units and reflect the budget forecast for this period.


The jobs in the state are in the operational areas and previous experience is desirable. However, candidates with no experience can also join the selection process, because the company will be offering technical training.
