JBS ATTRACTS OVER 6.500 CANDIDATES FOR RECENT ENGINEERING GRADUATES PROGRAM

Ratio of 290 candidates per place in the selection process

 

São Paulo,  March 01, 2019 – The race for new job opportunities begins at the start of each new year. Joining the race are 6,690 recent engineering graduates who have registered to take part in the selection process for the first edition of the JBS Engineer Training Program, which is offering 23 places at Friboi units in the states of Acre, Goiás, Pará, Mato Grosso and Rondônia. This is equivalent to 290 candidates for each place on the program, a ratio higher than some of Brazil’s most highly disputed university entrance exams.

The state of Goiás attracted the highest level of interest, with 47% of program registrants, followed by Mato Grosso (24.1%), Pará (16.5%) and Acre / Rondônia (12.2%). Candidates will now go through the following selection phases: on-site tests/games, online interviews, group dynamics and a selection committee. Activities are expected to being in April.
