Sao Paulo, August 29, 2019 – JBS and Seara are in the running for the Época ReclameAQUI award in the “Food – Perishable, Frozen and Dairy” category, reinforcing its brands, services and products’ respect for consumers, reliability and after-sales commitment. The award showcases companies that provide good customer service.

To compete, a company needs to have provided standout customer services over the past eight months and have a good or great reputation on the ReclameAQUI website. The companies with the most votes will be published in the Best Companies for Consumers Guide published by Época Magazine, which is distributed nationwide.

The vote to choose the award winner will be held on September 9 and is open to the public.

About the award

The award was created eight years ago by ReclameAQUI to recognize companies offering good customer service. In 2013, Época Magazine joined the project and reinforced the award with its Best Companies for Consumers Guide, publishing the winner in a special edition of the magazine, which is distributed nationwide. Over the years, the event has grown and become Brazil’s biggest customer service aware, which companies in every industry that deals directly with consumers vie for. The award is democratic, using strict selection criteria and involving consumers, who elect the companies that really offer the best customer service by voting. Today, the Época ReclameAQUI award is considered the most highly-respected customer service award in Brazil and is recognized by thousands of consumers who visit ReclameAQUI every day.
