Seara launches new training for integrated producers

Training took place for field workers, responsible for breeding animals

Seara Team Members responsible for the strengthening of the bond between the Company and its poultry and pork breeders attended a training session in January to reinforce concepts of safety in farms and aviaries. The message was retransmitted to integrated producers responsible for animal breeding.

The training is conducted in partnership with a partner company specialising in consulting services and safety training. Despite a full schedule, the team successfully visited all plants. Facilities that have completed the training include Passo Fundo (in the state of Rio Grande do Sul), Rolândia (in the state of Paraná) and Seara (in the state of Santa Catarina).
