The Seara Rotisserie range uses the innovative PowerVac technology for its chilled products,
pioneering a new segment in the food industry
São Paulo, January 29, 2019 – Seara Alimentos is introducing the Seara Rotisserie range, the first and only Brazilian company to use the PowerVac technology that employs a powerful vacuum while the meal is still being prepared at the factory, preserving the flavor and freshness of the ingredients without the need to add preservatives, food coloring or flavorings.
The company has released a digital marketing campaign that includes a movie by SUNSETDDB and a Q&A with customers, addressing questions such as: “Is it really not frozen?”, “Does it have any added preservatives?” and “Does the range really use fresh produce?”, showcasing all the benefits of this exclusive innovation for the product range.

The campaign’s goal is to explain all the differentials of the Seara Rotisserie range to consumers, as well as the company’s quality commitment, from the farm to the consumer’s table”, said José Cirilo, executive Director of Marketing at Seara Alimentos.
Seara Rotisserie includes five meal options: Fusilli in tomato sauce, Penne calabrese, Chicken with rice and creamed corn, Chicken stroganoff with rice and Cubed pork leg with barbecue sauce and rice. Two new options will be ariving soon: Chicken with wholegrain rice and vegetable sauce and Chicken with wholegrain rice and a herb and chia sauce; They are a part of the Seara Rotisserie DaGranja range. The DaGranja cuts follow strict and sophisticated international quality standards and hold animal wellbeing certification, ensuring that the animals did not receive any type of antibiotics or hormones. Furthermore, the animal feed used throughout their growth is 100% vegetable-based.
The entire Seara Rotisserie range is made using products that can be found in consumer’s kitchens and must be stored in the refrigerator. The dishes are easy to heat in the microwave and are ready to eat when the packaging whistles, or within four minutes. In 2018, the Seara Rotisserie range took 1st place in the Most Innovative Food Product category 2018, part of the FI InnovationAwards by FiSA (Foodingredients South America), South America’s main awards in the food ingredients, products and supplements industry.
