NOVAPROM WILL BE AN EXHIBITOR AT MIDDLE EAST’S LARGEST FOOD AND BEVERAGE FAIR

Gulfood Manufacturing attracts 1.6 thousand suppliers
from 60 countries to Dubai

   

São Paulo, October 30, 2019 – Novaprom, the ingredients unit at JBS Novos Negócios, and the Orkila Group, a distribution company operating in 35 countries, will be exhibiting at the 2019 Gulfood Manufacturing – Dubai, the largest processed foods and beverage event in the Middle East. The fair is expected to attract 1.6 thousand suppliers from 60 countries presenting the industry’s latest advances.

 

Exhibitors include the largest regional ingredient producers for the region’s food and beverage industry. Novaprom, the world’s largest bovine collagen producer, will exhibit products such as powdered and fiber collagen and functional systems tailored for the foodstuff industry.

 

Walter Lene, managing director at Novaprom, which has pioneered bovine collagen production in Brazil and is certified to serve the international food market, said attending the event is paramount for the Company’s regional plans.

 

“We are expanding our reach in the Middle East, beyond Asia and Africa. That is why we are looking for partners that are able to maximize local business opportunities, particularly on the halal market, where we set the bar for traceability, which is particularly important here”, said Lene.

 

Gulfood Manufacturing 2019 runs until October 31, at the Dubai World Trade Center in Dubai, part of the United Arab Emirates.
