LAUNCH OF FRIBOI PECUARISTA APP EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS

Platform makes digital store available to farmers and reports widespread adoption shortly after the launch

 

São Paulo, May 9, 2019 – Friboi, Brazil’s leading beef producer, launched  an exclusive platform for beef cattle trading and services this Wednesday (8) called Friboi Pecuarista (Friboi Livestock Breeder). Only twenty-four hours after it was launched, the Company’s digital market app was downloaded over 900 times, with five offers for cattle pending analysis and two deals closed.


The app already has registered users from 23 states and the Federal District. Mato Grosso has the most access requests, followed by Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso do Sul, Goiás and São Paulo.

 

Friboi attended the Acricorte Fair in Cuiabá (MT), which ends today (10), in order to promote the app launch in the with the most company units: Friboi operates 11 production units here and has over 10 thousand suppliers. The stand has a futuristic design in line with the Company’s move into high technology, reflecting its investment in interactivity that promises to revolutionize the industry.
