Brand will host Bologna Mortadella tastings during the event and
makes partnerships with exhibitors for use of the product in delicious dishes
Sao Paulo, September 12 2019 – Buona Itália, brand specialized in traditionally Italian cold cuts, supports the 1st Festival of Mortadella and Artisanal Beer in Sao Paulo. Promoted by Selo Paixões Paulistanas, the event is held on September 14th and 15th at Centro de Eventos Sao Luís, where the brand has a personalized ambience with the tasting of its flagship product, the Bologna Mortadella. With free entrance and expectation to welcome guests from all over Brazil, the festival attendees can also taste the product in the booths from other exhibitors – it will be the main ingredient of different dishes, such as the mortadella with cheese crisp and mortadella-stuffed rondelli.

The Traditional Bologna Mortadella is developed with top-quality pork and beef, speck (speck is also pork, I would remove it), and seasoned with natural ingredients such as white pepper, cilantro, garlic, ginger, nutmeg, among others. With artisanal production, it is cooked slowly to guarantee soft texture and irresistible aroma. With approximately 20 cm of diameter, the product from Buona Itália allows large slices, ideal for general sandwiches or cold cut tables.
Visitors at the 1st Festival of Mortadella and Artisanal Beer in Sao Paulo can also explore other flavors at the same site, since there will be other three events simultaneously, also free: the 2nd Festival of Cannoli in Sao Paulo, the 1st Strawberry Festival at Paulista Avenue, and the Festival of Minas Flavors in Sao Paulo.
