JBS Ethics Line are available to all Company stakeholders (employees, suppliers, customers, investors and others). Anyone can use them to report wrongdoing or behavior that violates the JBS Code of Conduct and Ethics or the Business Associate Code of Conduct.
The JBS Ethics Line is available in South America and JBS Ethics Point can be accessed from any country where the Company does business. These channels are available in 17 languages, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
In 2020, the JBS Ethics Line channel received 2,909 reports, all of which were properly dealt with and investigated, with 5525 of them concluded as having grounds or partial grounds. In these cases, disciplinary measures and action plans can be imposed.
